Missionaries are the true heroes of today - men, women and children who have surrendered all and determined to fulfill the Great Commission by carrying the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to the farthest corners of the globe.

(DISCLAIMER: I am a member of an Independent, Fundamental KJV-preaching, soul-winning Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas. However, this blog is my own creation and is not a ministry of Bethany Baptist Church. Missionaries featured in this space may or may not be supported by my church. Inclusion in this list does not imply any affiliation with Bethany Baptist Church, nor does it offer any extra "in" for a missionary to present his work at our church. Inviting a missionary to our church is not my decision, but my Pastor's. I'm sorry to have to include this, but don't want to have any misunderstandings to come out of what is intended to be a blessing.)

Serving with Four Princesses in the Caribbean

So what do you get when you take an All-American girl from the Heartland, blend with a Louisiana boy, toss in a small gaggle of girls and dump the whole concoction on an island in the West Indies?  Why you get our latest missionary family!

I am pleased to introduce you to Joshua and Maria Wesley, missionaries to Jamaica.  I've been following Mrs. Maria's blog, "Raising Four Princesses" for a while now and it's a fun read.  Here's where Mrs. Maria blogs - http://caribbeanmissionarywife.blogspot.com/.

Mrs. Maria uses her blog to show how God is working in her family as she recounts her adventures raising four young daughters on the mission field.  Followers of her blog can also keep up with her special listings where she shares craft tips, recipes and parenting tips from other bloggers.

If you want to see what life is like in Jamaica, run by and visit "Raising Four Princesses."  Then if you want, sign up for her email updates to you can keep the Wesley family in the forefront of your mind and prayers.

Please keep all of our missionaries in your thoughts and prayers.  These heroes have given so much so that others would have a chance to meet the Saviour.

Remember our battle cry:  Pray More, Give More and if called, Go Farther an ever for the cause of the Gospel.

In Christ,

Bro.. Garry
