Boy, I really wish I had the space here to tell you about the incredible history of my newest missionary family. Andrew Lopez and his wife Anna can trace their missionary roots in far southern Mexico, to some of the greatest pioneers in missions in the region.
(I hope I get this right):
When John and Elaine Beekman, missionary translators for Wycliffe Bible Translators, began their work with the Ch'ol Indians of Chiapas state, one of their translators was Bro. Andrew's father. Their work to bring the Gospel to this part of the world was extremely fruitful, as many souls were saved.
Mrs. Anna came to Chiapas with her family, Dr. Tom and Mrs. Billie Sloan. Of course, I've profiled several members of that family, including Mrs. Billie.
